Follow me as I trade purely mechanical using a 'Plan before Product' trading style that Tom Sosnoff himself said that had he used this over his last 30 years of trading, he'd probably have 3X more money.

northerntrader: I've learned more from you in a week than I did in the previous year. Thank You very much. This newbie, appreciates the hard work you are putting in. Thanks again. Jul 29, 2015 17:25:44 GMT -8
frenchy: yipper, pretty simple stuff, when the market price closes above it's previous day high, especially at a support level, buy a deep in the money call with a delta of 100 and continue buying everyday the market continues higher buying into strength until the Jul 30, 2015 0:58:30 GMT -8
frenchy: market gives you a sell signal which is when the market price closes below it's previous daily low. It doesn't work 100% of the time due to some head fakes along the way, but it works more often than not. Price dictates everything! Jul 30, 2015 1:02:52 GMT -8
frenchy: When the market price closes below it's previous daily low, especially at a resistance level, buy a deep in the money put with a delta of 100 and continue buying everyday the market continues lower until the market again tells you when to sell those puts, Jul 30, 2015 1:05:38 GMT -8
frenchy: which is when the market closing price closes above it's previous daily high, which is then usually time to switch directions and go long............ LOL, can it get any easier? Jul 30, 2015 1:07:41 GMT -8
frenchy: Don't forget.............make sure you buy calls and puts that are extremely deep in the money with 100 delta, so that you get the same dollar for dollar move that you would get with the stock. If you buy at the money or out of the money calls and puts, Jul 30, 2015 1:10:01 GMT -8
frenchy: your stock value has to move to the strike you bought plus whatever you paid for it before you make any money what-so-ever and market makers manipulate those ATM and OTM prices and volatility will erode any gains even if the price moves in your favor. Jul 30, 2015 1:14:10 GMT -8
frenchy: Buy 100 delta and eliminate that problem in it's entirety.............. :) and may the odds ever be in your favor!!! Jul 30, 2015 1:15:13 GMT -8
frenchy: Don't get me wrong, you still have to be right about direction and time, but that's where following the price action comes in........and all news is baked into the price immediately..... :) Jul 30, 2015 1:18:27 GMT -8
frenchy: Buying deep in the money calls and puts as a substitute for purchasing the stock is the only way to fly!!! Wish I knew what I know now when I was in my 20's and 30's...........I'll be turning 49 next month, just shy of half a century, building wealth this Jul 30, 2015 1:25:12 GMT -8

tomc95: I'm considering moving some of my accounts from Merrill Edge. Seems like some of you trade with TD Ameritrade. What's your opinion of them. How do you like thinkorswim? Did anyone sign up through Dough to get the special discounted rate. Aug 1, 2015 5:01:19 GMT -8
tomc95: I also trade at Fidelity using their Active Trade Pro platform. Just trying to get some real feedback before making any changes. Aug 1, 2015 5:04:58 GMT -8
tastyjohn: I use thinkorswim as well as Tradestation but mostly thinkorswim. I do like thinkorswim for analysis. Great platform & great support. You get $1.50 commisions I believe with Thinkorswim (just mention you have dough even if you do not use dough). Aug 1, 2015 9:38:08 GMT -8
tastyjohn: Tradestation is I believe $1 Aug 1, 2015 9:38:17 GMT -8
tastyjohn: I like applications versus using something from a browser. In that context Dough I am not sold yet. I use it to view things but all my trades I put it through thinkorswim as I feel more comfortable with that platform as I have used it for a long time. Aug 1, 2015 9:39:27 GMT -8
tastyjohn: I know few who use Dough and very happy with it. Just a personal choice Aug 1, 2015 9:39:53 GMT -8
tastyjohn: I never used Fidelity or Merrill. Do they have good commisions as those cut in to your profits if you trade few trades a week. Aug 1, 2015 9:40:25 GMT -8
tastyjohn: Good luck Aug 1, 2015 9:40:29 GMT -8
